Media League

Through the CONSENT Media League, we equip journalists and media practitioners with accurate, evidence-based information on consumer and public-interest issues. This enables them to translate technical information into accessible content and amplify consumer-focused messages through diverse media platforms and local languages.

Consumer Complaints Harvesting

We systematically collect, analyze, consolidate, and document consumer complaints to generate evidence on emerging consumer concerns. The resulting evidence informs advocacy briefs, fact sheets, policy engagement, and sector-specific interventions, enabling policymakers, regulators, and businesses to respond to consumer needs, improve products and services, and uphold consumer rights.

Constructive Dialogue

We convene multi-stakeholder dialogues involving government, regulators, private-sector actors, civil society, consumer groups, and other relevant stakeholders. These platforms facilitate evidence-based discussion, promote accountability, strengthen stakeholder responsiveness, and create opportunities for consumers to articulate concerns and receive feedback.
